Discovery

At Eminent we start all our engagements with a project kick-off meeting that involves all the key stakeholders of the project. We discuss at a high-level the current state of the business, what problems or issues we are trying to resolve, and we try to visualize what our clients are envisioning. This meeting is followed by a series of meetings where the vision statement, the scope, business requirements and critical success factors are defined.

The major milestones and deliverables ecountered in this phase consist of:

  1. The creation of a project team

    Eminent will provide consultants to fill the product management, program management, development, testing, user education and logistics management roles
  2. The completion of the final vision/scope document
  3. Development of a risk management plan
  4. Define project budget and develop draft project plan

The next phase in our framework is the design phase.
