During the design phase, our Consultants expand on the defined vision and scope by developing functional design specifications, use cases, defining data models and designing any necessary user interfaces. All of this work is presented to the customer so as to verify that we are still on track with what our client has envisioned.

The major milestones and deliverables encountered in this phase consist of:
